Bobbie Rathjens first began designing websites professionally in 2003 under the DBA of Specialized Site Design. In 2004, when it became apparent that the previous name was limiting the scope of work that the business completed, the name was changed to Kelly Media Works.

In October of 2007, Bobbie and John acquired LLH Graphics from Laurie Lesser Hodgson, who founded the business in 1996. JBR Graphics LLC was formed at that time, although the trade names of Kelly Media Works and LLH Graphics still exist.

Bobbie Rathjens has attended North Central Michigan College (Computer Information Systems) and Northwestern Business College (Business Management) and worked in IT/Operations at a local credit union. Bobbie has over ten years experience in web development, information technology, business management, graphic design, Perl/HTML & Visual Basic programming and client relations.

Bobbie completes the majority of the new web design and coding projects at JBR Graphics and handles billing and accounts receivable.

John Rathjens, Bobbie's husband, is a vital part of the business, attending to clients' needs, completing web site updates and revisions and has a hand in the graphical layout of web sites as well.

John has attended Kalamazoo Valley College (Graphic Design) and has a long background in the radio industry working for 106 KHQ, Lite 96 FM and The Michigan Talk Radio Network. You can occasionally hear John on 106 KHQ and Lite 96 FM on Sunday afternoons as "John Kelly."

Bobbie and John spend their free time with their three children Gavin, Liam and Audrey.
