How Quickly Can We Get It Done?
Words that are death to any project for us are “we need the project completed ASAP”. Unless it’s a very small project, a lot of work needed in a short amount of time could mean we won’t
be able to take the project on. We often manage quite a few projects at any given time and managing our projects effectively means realistic time lines.
Planning out a few months at a time for a project is not uncommon. On the other end of the spectrum, longer term contracts that don’t have a clear end date can be just as hard for us to work with.
A good time frame for us is somewhere between one and three months from start to finish. There is always the exception of course; especially if your project is particularly attractive and we have an opening in our schedule. |
How Much Do we Charge?
This number depends on the project in it's entirety. There’s a fairly specific range our projects fall within, which can run from $2,000 at the low end to $15,000 at the high end. Anything below that range would have to be a very basic and a quick project for us to consider. Anything above that range usually requires more people and capacity than we can provide.
Payments may be made on our website or via phone with your credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover), PayPal or by check. All projects require a 50% deposit up front and a signed proposal approval to begin work. The final payment (the remaining 50%) is due once the project has been completed and is ready to go live. |
How Will We Communicate?
If you're local, we certainly invite face to face sit down meetings, with the first meeting at no charge to you if you are a new client looking for a proposal on your project.
Email and the phone are our best friends during the design process. Kicking off a new project generally requires an initial conversation or two to make sure everyone’s on the same page. Skype, phone or email are the methods of choice for us. Status reports and communication during the course of the project are best done with email in order for both of us to have a history to refer back to. |
